The following are the terms & conditions dealing with the use of our website and services and by registering with us and/or making a purchase you are agreeing to be bound by them. We reserve the right to change these from time to time by updating this page.
Ordering
There are easy ways to order

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
Order Confirmations
You will receive confirmation of your order by email. Please check that the details contained in this email are correct. If there are any mistakes, please email us immediately. This email is neither an invoice nor a formal acceptance of your order. Invoices are sent by post to the purchaser's address or sent with the goods. In the unlikely event of us being unable to fulfill your order or part there of, (due to having sold out of a selected item), or there being an error in your order we will advise you as soon as it is possible. If payment has been made on an order that we are unable to fulfill we will immediately refund payment by the same method by which the payment was made.
Availability
Our website and office staff should be able to give you accurate information on our stock levels. If something is out of stock, we will always give to the best information we can on delivery dates. In the unlikely event that the goods are unavailable, we will send you notification by telephone or e-mail.
Payment
All payment made through our website are accepted through a secure site. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Solo and Switch. If you are still not happy with this procedure we accept secure payment over the phone.
Cheques can be sent to us made payable to IAIM (UK) Chapter - please print out your order and send with payment. Please allow seven working days for cheque clearance. Contact us for bank details if you wish to transfer payment direct into our account.
Accuracy of information
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products, however to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product description, colour or the other content available on the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. All sizes and measurements are approximated.

Shipping And Handling
The charge for postage and packing is calculated based on the weight of the items and quantity in your order. |
Delivery Schedule
We aim to despatch all UK goods within 2 - 5 working days of acceptance of your order. However you should allow up to 7 days for delivery to avoid disappointment. If there should be any delays in this process we will keep you informed.

Returns Policy
The IAIM guarantee
If for any reason you are unhappy with a purchase you have made you can return the items to us in its original condition within 14 days, and we will issue a full refund or exchange for the price you paid.
Any media items (books, cd's, dvd's, etc) are not returnable unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Please note that as we are a small company all goods are returned to IAIM (UK) Chapter at your own expense. We recommend using Recorded Delivery to obtain proof of postage as we do not accept responsibility for items which do not reach us.
You can also return items by bring them back to office.
If you wish to cancel membership , a study day or event placement, please write to us at the address below within 14 days of payment. We require all cancellation requests in writing. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order.
The returns/cancellations policy do not effect your statutory rights.

Lost parcels
We must be informed of parcels not arriving as soon as possible, for UK it must be within 16 working days. For international destinations we must be informed within 35 working days, failure to do this can affect our ability to trace the parcel and issue any refund due. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after 16 working days in the uk or 35 working days for International parcels, and only if the parcel is deemed to be lost in transit.
