A series of nationwide events to celebrate
National Baby Massage Week
The IAIM will be hosting a series of open events across the country to promote baby massage as part of National Baby Massage Week, from 14th to 19th May 2012.
Open Events
CIMIs nationwide will be hosting a series of open days, and visiting health, community and child centres to promote the benefits of baby massage for new parents and babies alike.
The events are open to parents of babies (up to a year old) who are interested in learning more about baby massage. Parents will be able to:
- Learn about Baby Massage
- Meet other parents who have already benefited from baby massage classes and share their experiences
- Hear a talk on the history and benefits of baby massage the IAIM way
- See some yoga inspired gentle movements
Parents will also be able to consult our CIMIs on key questions, such as which oils to use and the best times to massage their baby.
