I fell in love with baby massage when I discovered it with my son who is now 21!! We have both cherished the experience together.

I trained as a Certified Infant Massage Instructor to be able to
start sharing the amazing benefits of baby massage with other families. I feel so privileged to work doing something that I feel so passionate about and that can have such a positive impact for both
babies and their parents.
I trained with the International Association of Infant Massage because it is the most comprehensive course in the UK and offers an international curriculum. I love working with parents and babies to
teach the course inspired by the ancient art of Indian Massage, Swedish Massage and including
principles of reflexology and yoga.

Classes kept small to allow for bonding and connection with baby, as well as to meet other parents in same situation.

I teach small, intimate classes of baby massage in Tooting, Streatham, and Streatham Vale (you can also host your own).

All families are welcome, and it is a very relaxed course. You will always be encouraged to respond to your baby whenever they need. It doesn't matter if your baby falls asleep during class, you can
always borrow a doll to practise on and there will be time between classes to massage at home and come back with any questions.

The course will gradually build up to a full body massage routine, a colic routine and some gentle yoga-inspired movements to do with your baby.
