I first discovered infant massage when I had my first son 16 years ago.  Living away from my family at a military base in Belgium was tough having your first baby, so I was determined to meet people.  My son was 2 weeks old when I first went along and I almost left before the end due to him crying so much.  So glad they encouraged me to stay!  Week 2 was much more settled and I kept going weekly till he was 13 months old.  By then I was 8 months pregnant with son #2.  I continued with baby #2 & 3.

In 2012, I trained as a breastfeeding peer support volunteer with my local childrens centre.  Prior to children I was a dental nurse but never felt it was the job I wanted to go back to.

So in 2014, I bit the bullet and signed up for IAIM training with Deborah Wade.  I completed my training in April 2015 and ran my 1st paid course in September 2015. In September 2016 I also trained in The Childrens Reflexology Programme.

I am a swim teacher too which takes up most of my week.

My delve into infant massage with my son 16 years ago has ignited a passion within me to encourage everyone to discover the power of nurturing touch. The benefits are just incredible as we all know. I am also studying towards a childhood and youth studies degree with the OU.

I hope to be able to get to know many of you  in the future. It can be very solitary running your own business.  If any of you need anything please do get in touch and I will do all I can to help & support you all.
