Over the course of the 5 weeks we will cover the full body massage routine as well as techniques to help with colic, digestion, sleep and relaxation. The benefits of this infant massage course are many including interaction stimulation, relief and relaxation and it’s a wonderful way to bond with your new baby.

There will be lots of revision of the strokes over the 5 weeks and materials for you to keep after each session. I have dolls available should your baby wish to sleep or you can just watch and try it at home later. I use songs and rhymes to make it interesting and stimulating for the baby. Each week I will share with you some of the theory around baby massage and there is plenty of time to chat and share experiences with other parents. Classes are baby led which means that the babies are free to be babies and their needs always come first. Also please be assured the only person massaging your baby will be you.
