Grow With Love baby massage offers a beautiful opportunity to connect with your baby in a meaningful way, both verbally and non-verbally. This calming practice combines elements of Indian and Swedish massage traditions, alongside yoga and reflexology, to support your baby’s physical and emotional well-being. What You’ll Learn: Throughout the course, we’ll discuss the theory behind baby massage, including the benefits, the best times for massage, and how to adapt the techniques as your baby grows. There will also be time for informal discussions with other parents over tea and coffee, providing the chance to share experiences and ask questions. The sessions are designed to be flexible to your baby's needs. Whether they’re feeding, napping, or not in the mood for a massage, don’t worry! I will recap previous strokes at each session, and you’ll receive handouts to guide your practice at home. For added support, spare dolls are available to practice the techniques on, ensuring you never miss out.
