Class Details

Classes run on a Tuesday afternoon at the Salvation Army Church on Sythwood in Woking . The course runs over 4 or 5 weeks which allows plenty of time to learn and become accustomed to the massage strokes. Each week, as well as learning a new part of the body, we repeat the massage strokes we have learnt in previous weeks which allows time to practice and reinforce your learning. All of the techniques are demonstrated, by me, on a doll, and explained in full as you massage your own baby. There is then an opportunity for discussion prior to having a cup of tea or coffee and home made cake! Its a great way to meet other Mum's. The sessions are totally baby led so you are welcome to feed change and attend to your babies needs throughout the sessions
