If you’d like to discover the joys of baby massage in a small group, family environment then please get in touch…. I’m booking now for Monday 28th April. This small group (7 mums max) five week baby massage course is the best first course for you and your baby. It is relaxed, fun and at yours and your baby’s pace. Each session lasts approximately 90 mins. The course offers many benefits including relief from wind, colic, constipation, teething, relaxation and better sleep, bonding, language development, reduced crying, improved skin and blood circulation....to name a few! This course is from the gold standard International Association of Infant Massage. During the course you will learn some relaxation techniques, the power of resting hands, strokes for the whole body, some gentle movements, asking permission, when and how to massage your baby, how to adapt the massage as your baby grows, plus some songs and lullabies…. We take time to discuss the highs and challenges of parenting with other local like minded mums. The price of £75 includes a bottle of organic oil and an illustrated handbook.
