I am a Mum of two with a passion for massage. I am a Soft tissues therapist as well as a CIMI and value the importance of touch. I personally have experienced the importance of touch in helping reduce pain. My second born was premature and suffered with allergies and reflux. Massage was an amazing tool to help reduce her symptoms and sooth her pain as well as bring us closer together and build the trust she had in me.

I teach small, intimate classes in Fareham.

All families are welcome, and it is a very relaxed course with the opportunity to connect with other parents as well as strengthen the bond you have with your baby.

Our baby massage programme is well respected, well researched and has been endorsed to be a high quality parent education programme. On an IAIM baby massage course you will learn:

Massage strokes
A short colic routine
Gentle movements and touch relaxation
How to identify the best time for massage
What massage oils to use
How to adapt your strokes for the needs of a growing child
