Hello, I'm Helen and I passionately believe in the power of nurturing touch and welcome the opportunity to pass this wonderful skill on to you, after I saw first hand with my own children through baby massage classes, how massage can calm, aid sleep and provide a wonderful opportunity to express your love and affection and recognise your babies cues.

I'm a mother of two, a Certified Infant Massage Instructor having trained through the International Association of Infant Massage, an NNEB with additional qualifications in Children's Emotional Literacy Support. DBS Checked.

I would love to welcome you and your baby to my one to one courses, so you can also experience first-hand the relaxing benefits of interaction and bonding with your baby. I have a friendly, relaxed and accommodating approach to you and your babies needs with a light heart and a calming nature.

My courses are kept small in order to provide a calm and relaxed environment for each family. The classes will be individually tailored to enhance your overall learning and bonding experience, in a warm, comfortable environment, with specialised personal support for you and your baby at this precious time.
