I trained in baby massage with the IAIM back in 2006 so am very experienced. I'm also a clinical hypno-psychotherapist and I work with people who have unexplained infertility to help them reframe their thoughts and feelings to aid in their pregnancy quest or to live their best life despite not becoming pregnant. I also teach hypnobirthing courses as well as working with parents who have experienced birth trauma. I recommend baby massage to all my pregnant and new parent clients as it is a fantastic way to emotionally connect with their baby and to learn their non-verbal communication cues. It's lush!

About Classes:
My classes are for a maxium of eight people generally so that there is time and space for everyone to get to know each other and to practice baby massage. I work out of several venues in Bristol - the Curious Play Cafe in Hanham, the Vassall Centre in Fishponds and the Langton Wellness Hub in Brislington. I support the parents who come to my classes through WhatsApp chats, regular information emails and helping each parent to get to know each other. If you're interested, check out my website.
