Hello, I'm Joanne
I trained with the International Association of Infant massage (IAIM) in 2022 to become a certified infant massage instructor (CIMI) to teach families Baby Massage for the local authority.
On my days off, I now teach Baby Massage privately within the local community of Warrington, Cheshire.
My first course is being held at Lymm Baptist church where I am also a member!
I am married with 3 teenagers who all enjoyed baby massage.
I find it very rewarding to teach families the many benefits of nurturing touch.

About Classes:
What to expect....
I know how nerve racking it can be to attend your first baby group so please be assured of a warm welcome.
My classes are very relaxed and very much baby led. Please don't worry if your baby would rather be sleeping or feeding.
I look forward to welcoming you onto my courses.
Each course is done over 5 consecutive weeks, lasting approx 1 hour each session. You will learn how to massage different parts of your babies body.
During the sessions I will demonstrate the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM) strokes with my doll and share information whilst you have opportunity to learn with your baby. The sessions will conclude with some related poems and songs.
There will be opportunity for you to relax, share ideas and chat.
Week 1 - Legs & Feet
Week 2 - Stomach & Chest
Week 3 - Arms & Hands
Week 4 - Face & Back
Week 5 - Full body & Gentle Movements
What's included in the course.....
- Bottle of 100% organic sunflower oil
- Printed weekly handouts of strokes learnt that session
- Parent handbook
- Certificate of completion & small gift
What to bring.....
All you need to bring with you is a towel and of course your beautiful baby!
If you would also like to use something other than the sunflower oil that I provide (Please ensure this is an unscented oil).
