I am a Certified Infant Massage Instructor, teaching families on behalf of the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM). As a qualified midwife and health visitor with parent and infant mental health experience , I'm passionate about supporting families and respecting babies through the power of nurturing touch.

As a mother myself I have been blown away by the many benefits of Infant Massage for both parent and baby, and I would love to share them with you through our 5 week Infant Massage Course.

Classes take place within a warm and cosy environment based in Sidcup. I also offer 1:1 and small group sessions, in the comfort of your own home. My classes offer a safe and inviting space for parents to meet, as well as spending some special bonding time with their babies. All classes are completely baby-led and I invite you to tend to your baby's needs throughout. You will learn all about the many wonderful benefits of massage for you and your baby, massage strokes, how massage can relieve pain and discomfort, gas/colic relief routine and some gentle movements based on the principles of yoga. All whilst enjoying a hot drink and some refreshments!
