Hello!
I'm Rachel, I live in South East London with my partner and 2 children.

I first encountered baby massage back in 2017 with my daughter when she was a few months old. Joining an IAIM baby massage course really helped me get to know her, learn her cues and become more attuned to her. It definitely strengthened our bond. Not least it helped manage her colic and reflux (which was terrible!). I continue to offer massage and reflexology to both my children as they grow.

In practice I especially enjoy supporting parents of sensitive / colicky babies because I know first hand how hard it can be seeing your child in distress and feeling helpless.

My sessions focus on the wellbeing of parents as well as the babies and my classes are for all family shapes and sizes, welcoming and non-judgemental.

As well as teaching infant massage I have been a qualified nurse for 18 years and I am a reflexologist (registered with the Association of Reflexologists) I find my knowledge and experience in these areas adds another dimension to my classes.

Teaching baby massage has been a joy and an ongoing learning process. It's a privilege to get to know new parents and their babies.

I run sessions in South East London (London borough of Lewisham and surrounding areas).
