Sheila is a qualified health visitor many years experience of working in the NHS within Cheshire East. Her work as a Specialist Nurse Cared for Children means that she has a particular interest in fostering and adoption. This experience has led Sheila to really value the importance of strong early relationships between parents/ main carers and their babies/ young children. Sheila loves providing supportive environment for parents sharing the great joys and challenges which parenting brings.
Sheila is a Mum to three grown up children and has a 3 year old grandson.

A welcoming small group baby 5-week baby massage course. If you would like to meet in a small group of parents/main carers and their babies to learn the skills and strokes of baby massage in a friendly relaxed atmosphere this course is for you.
During the sessions Sheila Williams Baby Massage Instructor will demonstrate International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM) strokes with her doll and share information whilst have opportunity to learn with your baby. The sessions will include some related poems, readings and songs.
There is opportunity for you to relax, share ideas, chat and eat cake.
Classes are extremely relaxed, and baby led. You can feed, change, walk around and generally see to your babies needs at any point in the course, it is in no way a disruption. Their needs come first.
