I am Lou Toosey, an NCT teacher, doula and baby massage teacher. I have been working with new and expectant parents for over 10 years and parents describe me as warm and welcoming, reassuring and fun.
I hope to empower all mothers and fathers to have a positive experience of pregnancy, birth and early parenting and to look after themselves and be kind to themselves at what can be a very overwhelming and stressful time.

I regularly run 5 week baby massage courses at St John's Church, Ealing W5.
I also visit new parents at the homes for one to one sessions and am also very happy to discuss bespoke courses for groups of parents, nurseries or other charities and businesses supporting new parents. Ideally within easy reach of Acton, West London where I live.
