About Me:

I am a Mam to 3 children (born 1999, 2006 and 2008) and have been running my business Soothing baby massage and children's yoga since 2012. As well as IAIM baby massage I teach Wellbeing for Mothers and Babies, baby yoga, toddler yoga, children's and Teen yoga in and around Newcastle upon Tyne.

Our 5 week IAIM baby massage course runs every half term at West Denton Community Centre, NE5 1DN. During the course you will learn all the strokes needed to give your baby a full body massage, a short routine for colic/wind/constipation and some gentle movements. During each class there is time for discussion and questions. Each course has it's own WhatsApp groups so that parents can keep in touch during and after the course. Price per family, partners are always welcome and no additional charge for twins.
