I am a Mam to 3 children (born 1999, 2006 and 2008) and have been running my business Soothing baby massage and children's yoga since 2012. As well as IAIM baby massage I teach Wellbeing for Mothers and Babies, baby yoga, toddler yoga, children's and Teen yoga in and around Newcastle upon Tyne.

My baby massage classes run 10-11.30am on Mondays at West Denton Community Centre, NE5 1DN.
