I am passionate about baby massage, as it is such a bonding activity for parents and their babies and a wonderfully nurturing way of spending quality time together.
I found it a very calming thing to do with my two children, at a time when life felt very full.
My background is in science, but I have been working with parents and babies for 20 years, running Steiner parent and child groups and IAIM baby massage courses, alongside being a mother.
Classes
About Classes:
The classes are baby led and baby friendly, and dolls are provided for you to practice on when your baby is asleep.
Massage strokes are repeated and developed each week, so that by the end of the course you will be able to give your baby a full body massage.
A manual of strokes and massage oil are included in the price.
Classes are 1 hour, but you are welcome to stay on for a cuppa and a snack with the other mothers and babies.
The courses are at Welborne Village Hall near Mattishall and in Norwich
I can also provide a course in your home or mine for a small group.
