I qualified as a CIMI in 2026, enhancing 8 years of experience of working with families and babies through infant feeding.

Becoming a parent is one of life’s biggest adventures. It’s exciting, exhausting, joyful, overwhelming… and somehow nobody handed you a map.

That’s exactly why I created The Family Nest.

I wanted to create a space where parents could slow down, ask questions without judgment, and feel supported every step of the way.

No matter the type of support I’m providing, my approach is always evidence-based, practical and tailored to your family’s needs. I firmly believe that parenting doesn’t need to be perfect, it just needs to feel supported.

When I’m not supporting parents, you’ll usually find me with a coffee in hand, spending time with my own family.

Cosy classes, kept to a maximum of 5 adults for safety and connection.

This five-week baby massage course is about so much more than learning a sequence of strokes.

We'll gradually build your massage routine together, learning different areas of your baby's body each week and giving you plenty of opportunity to practise at home.
