I am a Complementary Therapist with over 15 years of experience specializing in Integrative Baby Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Baby Massage and pre and perinatal wellbeing. I am a qualified Sports Massage therapist and have previously taught holistic/Swedish Massage to adults. My passion for positive touch and wellbeing and the benefits it brings, led me to qualify in many modalities to include Massage in Schools Programme (M.I.S.P.), Mindfulness for Children and Yoga for the Special Child, to enable me to bring the therapeutic support to children from a young age.

I am currently delivering Baby Massage classes at Coin Street Family Neighbourhood Centre in SE1.

I run my classes out of Coin Street Neighbour Centre in SE1. My classes run for 5 consecutive weeks and are suitable for babies from 6 weeks to pre-mobile. My classes are always fun and very relaxed,. I welcome the sound of a crying baby, it is a baby's way of expressing their needs. Should your baby be sleeping or fall asleep during the class, I have spare dolls for parents to practice on.

The classes always start with a short relaxation for parents, prior to demonstrating the massage techniques. Each week we massage a different area of the baby's body and recap on the strokes from the previous weeks, until we build up to a full body massage.
We also have a short theory session/informal discussion and finish with a poem.
Each week you will be given a detailed handout covering the massage techniques to enable you to follow at home.
