Our courses Our courses are designed for babies from birth to one year old. We like to keep our groups small between four to eight to keep things more personal to you. Each week you will learn how to massage a different part of your baby. We demonstrate the massage strokes on our own specially-designed dolls so it is only you that massages your own baby. We provide you with a booklet containing all the massage strokes and other information to include a colic/digestive support routine. We also give you your own bottle of organic massage oil. A freshly cleaned towel and mat will be ready for you each week to use for your baby. You are most welcome to bring anything for you or your baby which makes you feel comfortable. We also make time for you. This includes a discussion time together and a short relaxation session. There are snacks and cold drinks provided throughout the session and we end with a hot drink. We love to welcome you into a fun and informal environment, We encourage you to feed, cuddle or play with your baby during a session if that need arises and a crying baby is a welcome part of of our group. Our strong belief is to empower new parents by learning the benefits of baby massage and to enjoy a lovely five weeks. Our baby massage classes are run over five weeks on a Wednesday from 11.30am to 12.45am. The cost for five sessions is £70. Tel 07842560370 - Paula
